FAQ's - Shipping & Delivery
How much is delivery?
- We use Australia Post and Star Track courier for our deliveries.
- Your item will be sent out (dispatched) on the same day if ordered before 2pm AEST (Monday-Friday).
- All parcels are dispatched from our warehouse in Newcastle, NSW.
- Deliveries are made on business days (Monday-Friday). Deliveries are not made on weekends and public holidays.
- Shipping is based on the size and weight of the parcel.

- $10.95 | Medium (1kg)
- $13.95 | Large (3kg)
- $17.95 | Extra large (3.1kg+)
EXPRESS SHIPPING (Australia Post & Star Track:
- $11.95 | Small (less than 500gm)
- $14.95 | Medium (1kg)
- $17.95 | Large (3kg)
- $25.95 | Extra large (3.1kg+)

How long will delivery take?
STANDARD SHIPPING (Australia Post):
- Sydney: 2-4 business days
- Brisbane/Gold Coast: 2-4 business days
- Melbourne: 3-5 business days
- Adelaide: 4-6 business days
- Perth: 4-7 business days
- Cairns/Townsville: 4-6 business days
- Canberra: 3-5 business days
- Hobart/ Launceston: 4-6 business days
- NT & ALL regional areas: 4-8 business days
EXPRESS SHIPPPING (Express Post or Star Track):
1-2 business days from dispatch.

Next business day (if ordered before 2pm AEST)
Please note if you order after 2pm AEST on Friday or on the weekend your parcel won't be sent out until Monday.

Please note that delays can occur with Australia Post and couriers and are out of our control once in transit (e.g. weather, plane delays). If there are any issues with delivery (e.g. wrong address) we can request a redirection but a new delivery fee will be charged.
Delivery options
Shipping (Authority to Leave)
The delivery driver is authorised to leave your order unattended on your premises in what they deem a safe place. We suggest only selecting this option if there is a safe place to leave your parcel (out of sight). If you select this shipping option, we take no responsibility if your
order goes missing after it is delivered to the address you have provided. In some cases, if the delivery driver deems it as ‘unsafe’ to leave your parcel or they are unable to access your property, it may still need to be collected from your local post office or delivery centre. If the tracking says delivered but the parcel can’t be located, please contact us and we can request delivery details from Australia Post (e.g. photo).
Shipping + Signature on Delivery + $2.95
Someone must be present to sign for your order. If no one is available to sign, your order may be returned to your local post office or delivery centre for you to collect in person.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Same day delivery to local areas (within 5km of Gateshead, NSW - Newcastle) is available on request. Please email hello@wishingyouwell.com.au or call Kathy 0414585266
