Paid money for a product that doesn’t work

We purchased three of the illuminate jellyfish lamps, one for each of our grandchildren for Easter. On the Saturday evening before Easter Sunday we went to put batteries in so they were ready to go, only to find one didn’t work. Obviously we couldn’t give two their present and have one miss out. We haven’t been able to give the grandchildren their presents. Now we have to find the time to return the faulty product.
