How to use Aery mist sleep spray:

• Lightly shake bottle before use. 
• Simply spritz 30cm onto pillows or even pj’s.
• Settle down for bed and take a few deep breaths.   
• Can be used on any soft fabrics such as bedding, curtains, and blankets
